GamePartner ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online dating and social-connection service focused on the gaming and content-creator community, provided by [PLACEHOLDER: legal company name, tax ID, registered address] ("the provider"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Who can use GamePartner

• You must be 18 years or older. GamePartner does not knowingly allow minors to register, and any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently banned and reported if required by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You may only create one account per person, using accurate information about yourself.
• You may not use GamePartner if you have been previously banned from the platform, unless we expressly reinstate you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Your public profile uses a nickname / gamer tag, not your legal name — we never display your full legal name anywhere on the platform.

3. Identity verification

GamePartner offers a free, optional, manual identity verification: you submit a photo ID and a selfie (holding a short code we generate for you) and a human moderator compares them to your profile photos. This exists to reduce fake and impersonated profiles. Verification documents are stored outside the publicly served folder, are never shown to other users, and are deleted once the review is complete or your account is deleted.

4. Community rules

Using GamePartner you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or impersonate any person.
• Upload photos that are not genuinely of you, or that depict nudity, minors, or illegal content.
• Share sexual content involving minors under any circumstance — this is reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
• Mention, link, or share your Instagram account in any form (nickname, bio, chat, or otherwise) — this is not permitted anywhere on the platform, regardless of formatting or spelling variant used.
• Use the platform for advertising, solicitation, scams, or to redirect users to other paid services.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse other users' data or photos.
• Attempt to bypass the free like quota, the verification system, or any other technical safeguard.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban any account that breaches these rules, at our reasonable discretion, and in serious cases without prior notice.

5. Your content and our license

You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and any content you upload. By uploading it, you grant GamePartner a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display that content to other users strictly to operate the matching and chat features. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. Photo limits

Each profile may have up to 6 photos. You choose which one is your main photo and may reorder them at any time from your profile.

7. Subscriptions

GamePartner offers a free plan and optional Premium plans with extra filters and features (see Subscription). Premium subscriptions, where enabled, renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Account deletion and inactivity

• Voluntary deletion: you can delete your account anytime. It stays in a 15-day grace period during which logging back in restores it fully; afterwards it is permanently erased along with your profile, photos, games, matches and messages.
• Inactivity: if you don't log in or interact with the app for 90 days, we email you 7 days before that limit as a warning. If you still don't return, your account is deactivated and follows the same grace-period process above.

9. Disclaimers and liability

GamePartner is a tool to help you meet people; we do not perform criminal background checks beyond the optional manual verification described above, and we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. Always meet new people in public places, tell someone where you're going, and use your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for interactions, meetings, or damages arising from your use of the platform, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or product changes. We'll notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence within the European Union, and you can access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
